What to Expect During Your Move

TMM’s goal for your move is that it to be a seamless and efficient process. On the surface it may appear that there are a lot of moving pieces to the move. However, TMM has a very systematic approach that is designed to simplify the process and, we hope, make it an enjoyable experience for you! Our goal is to understand your expectations for the upcoming move, provide any clarification regarding the government regulations and to ensure a high quality, high touch experience.

A TMM “expert” dedicated to YOUR move.
You will receive initial contact from your TMM Representative within 24 hours of your shipment being assigned. During this initial contact we will obtain any initial relocation information, answer any initial questions and introduce the local service providers that will be assigned your relocation. We strive to assign quality tiered agencies to service your packing and hauling of your goods. The local service agency will be in contact to schedule and perform the pre-move survey.

A Partner who will be with you throughout the process
During the entire relocation process, TMM is here to support your needs. Your assigned Representative will be in contact during certain touch points to ensure that all of your needs are met. In addition, the local service providers may be in contact. Please be ensured that all of the information that is provided by your local service provider is also being coordinated with TMM.
